Low-heat-storage blanket, rigid board and engineered modules for furnaces, kilns, boilers and industrial thermal systems—coordinated for export from Gujarat, India.

Our insulation business
Ranipa’s export business specializes in ceramic fiber insulation supplied through established manufacturing capability in Gujarat. The current range covers 1260°C and 1425°C blanket and module grades, plus 1100°C, 1260°C and 1425°C board grades.
We support international buyers with specification alignment, technical-document coordination, packing requirements, commercial communication and export execution. Final product selection is confirmed against the buyer’s operating temperature, atmosphere, geometry, mechanical duty and installation design.
Material overview
Refractory ceramic fiber (RCF) is an alumina-silicate fiber used to make lightweight, low-heat-storage insulation. The term ceramic fiber also covers other fiber chemistries, so confirm the composition and grade when specifying a product. It is used in industrial thermal systems where conventional dense refractories may add excessive weight or heat storage. Product form matters: blanket provides flexibility, board provides rigidity, and modules provide a pre-compressed lining unit with an anchoring system.
Industrial selection must consider more than a published classification temperature. Normal and peak temperature, furnace atmosphere, gas velocity, chemical contact, heat cycling, mechanical loading and installation design can all affect service performance. Ranipa therefore handles each enquiry against the stated application rather than presenting one grade as suitable for every project.
Our current ceramic fiber portfolio provides flexible blanket, rigid board and pre-compressed module solutions for furnace, kiln and thermal-processing equipment. Standard industrial dimensions are published on each product page, while non-standard requirements are reviewed against manufacturing feasibility, quantity and project drawings.

Ranipa Enterprise LLP is an exporter and supplier—not the owner of the manufacturing facility. We work through established manufacturing capability and present that relationship accurately so buyers understand who coordinates the export transaction and how technical information is supported.
Availability and lead time depend on the product, specification and quantity. Regular blanket specifications may be available sooner, while ceramic fiber board and modules are commonly produced after order confirmation. Packing can be aligned around cartons, pallets, container utilization, labeling and the buyer’s agreed documentation requirements.
For a useful quotation, send the product form, classification or operating temperature, density, thickness and dimensions, quantity, application, destination port and required Incoterm. Drawings are strongly recommended for fabricated boards and module-lining projects.
Buyer questions
Ranipa currently focuses on ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board and ceramic fiber modules for industrial high-temperature insulation requirements.
Enquiries are accepted from industrial buyers, distributors and project companies worldwide. Feasibility, documents, packing and delivery terms are confirmed for the destination and order.
Blanket is flexible, board is rigid and machinable, and modules form engineered furnace-lining systems. Final selection depends on temperature, atmosphere, geometry, mechanical duty and installation design.
Relevant technical information can be coordinated for the selected grade. Published values are general product data; final suitability and design approval remain with the buyer and responsible engineer.
